Digital Transformation
Leading large-scale transformation programs — from initial audit to delivery, with a strong focus on real-world constraints.
The challenge
A digital transformation rarely fails for lack of vision. It fails because the roadmap ignores real-world constraints: existing systems, available skills, budget, timeline. The architect’s role is to connect ambition with what is actually feasible.
What I do
- Initial audit of the application landscape and organisation.
- Define a realistic, sequenced transformation roadmap.
- Technical leadership of the programme: trade-offs, dependencies, risk management.
- Progressive modernisation of legacy systems.
- Support teams through delivery and transfer skills.
How I work
My method follows four steps: audit and diagnosis, target architecture, roadmap and prioritisation, then delivery and support. No big bang: each step must deliver value on its own, with regular reviews and continuous adjustments.

What you get
- A transformation roadmap that both teams and leadership can read.
- Risks identified early and addressed at the right time.
- Visible results at every step, not only at the end of the programme.
